AI operator enablement
The human layer that holds operations up: your engineering team working with production-grade agentic environments — Turbo Rig and Turbo Flow installed, configured, and your people trained on the rules. Stop fighting your stack.
What it includes
Installed, configured, trained.
Agentic environments installed
Turbo Flow — the open-source agentic development environment we build and maintain — and Turbo Rig, installed on your team's machines and repositories. Not a demo: your stack.
Production rules configured
Deployment with guardrails, verification on every change and isolated branches for humans and agents: the same rules we run our own business with.
Team trained on operations
Your people learn to run what got installed: making agents work within limits, reading the traces, handling the alerts. Observability only helps if someone watches it.
Support until it flies solo
The deliverable is autonomy: your team operating without us. We accompany the first weeks of real work and leave when the process holds on its own.
Who it is for — and who it is not
The human layer of Day 2.
Teams that already ship
They deliver software every day and want to bring agents in without losing discipline. Enablement lands naturally here: same craft, new tools.
Technical leadership
You want the team to scale with AI without multiplying risk or dependence on outside consultants. Enablement transfers the capability inside.
It is not for you if…
You want a generic prompt course for non-technical areas. This is engineering enablement on real repositories; the Diagnostic will tell you your right entry point.
Frequently Asked Questions
Before enabling your team.
What is AI operator enablement (the Operator Layer)?
It is equipping your engineering team to operate AI with production discipline: agentic development environments installed and configured, deployment processes with guardrails, and people trained on both. The human layer holds everything else up: without trained operators, governance and observability are decoration.
What are Turbo Rig and Turbo Flow?
They are our operation environment and our agentic development environment. Turbo Flow is open source — over 215 MCP tools and 60 sub-agents — built and maintained by us. Turbo Rig is the rules infrastructure we run our own business on. Both get installed, configured and trained with your team.
Which teams is enablement for?
Engineering teams that already ship software and want to bring agents into their flow without losing discipline: gated deploys, verification and observability. It is not a theoretical AI course: it is your real stack, your repositories and your processes, running under production rules from week one.
How is it different from an AI course?
A course teaches concepts to people; enablement installs capability in your team. The difference shows the following Monday: with the course, notes; with enablement, your team shipping through guardrails, verifying changes and operating agents on their own stack.
What does it cost and how do we start?
Enablement is priced per team, by size and stack. For individual engineers there is the 150 USD 1:1 environments call (Claude Code, Turbo Flow, verification and quality gates), straight to the calendar. For teams, the entry point is the free Diagnostic over WhatsApp.
Next Step
The stack installs in weeks; the capability stays forever.
Free Diagnostic over WhatsApp: tell us how your team works today and we will tell you which enablement fits.
